I visited this facility

I went to visit a love one the staff was so nice I stayed for lunch the food was good the chef Mauricio cooked a beautiful meal the chicken was so moist and the rice fluffy the nurses aids was always willing to help this is a good place to have your loved one

A nice place for mom!

Raphael House is amazing!! My brother and my sister are very happy with the way that it looks and the way that they treat all of the residents, with compassion and patience. Also, they're always on top of the residents' health! They have a hair salon, x-ray machine, primary care doctor, podiatrist, physical therapist, and nurses on the premises. I believe there are 30 residents total. Each room has a private bathroom. They make their beds every day, have a laundry room, and provide bathroom cleaning for the residen…

This community was okay but it did not match or come close to the community that I was really interested in for my loved one.

Raphael House would be my number one choice because it was small and the residents were very friendly. While we were interviewing the director, a resident came in who needed a hug. She apparently does this several times a day. They took time from interviewing us to take care of her and talk to her, and I didn't feel put out. I was impressed with them. My mother, who lived with me for four years, actually requested to go to Raphael House after visiting several times with me. I teach chair yoga there and Mom would accompany me and participate. She made many friends and fell in love with the staff. My mother has been a resident for just over a year, now. She is happier and healthier than I have seen her in years. I am extraordinarily grateful to the competent and loving staff who sees to it that she takes her medications regularly and uses her respiratory equipment…

I chose Raphael House because it was nice and they would give me a subsidy. The staff are taking good care with her. They have an exercise class, dance class for seniors and they do gardening. Those are the only ones that my mother does participate, but I know they also do knitting and I think they have chorale groups come in.
