Our experience

I do feel they are somewhat understaffed on the weekends. In the three weeks my wife was there know one responded to my phone calls regarding concerns about my wife. Voice mails were not returned. I don't think that is acceptable. You might try calling on the weekend to see if you have success.

Very nice tour place, but no one provided detailed information to move forward I proved the date needs to move in, no one provided the cost with details

A wonderful, professional experience for my mom's stay at Redbud.

Staff was great. On the spot.. communication was on point. Redbud place is a great place in McKinney. They took care of my mom and were very communicating to us . I would recommend them highly. They are a smaller facility BUT the cater to their patients

Redbud Place

Redbud Place involves mom in activities daily rather than leaving her sitting in her apt. Both the staff & residents called mom by her name correctly from day one. The staff made the residents aware of her name & move in date so all of us were greeted by several residents on day one. She was made to feel very welcome. It was reassuring to hear how much they loved living there. I highly recommend this facility.

Great Place to be

I would like to praise all the hard working staff [names removed]. They have been very friendly ,tentative, informative and caring. [name removed] is sweet, helpful, and always working hard in the books and very good at. [name removed] quick and handy at request. [name removed] is humble and kind making improvements with staff to make Redbud place brighter. My grandmother is getting excellent care here. Thanks for your support Redbud place.
