Feels like family

They are the most caring, considerate, compassionate, thoughtful and loving group of staff members I have ever experienced. The facility has been a very excellent choice for my mother in law to move into. The facility is very clean, very helpful with residents and the staff has acted immediately when we needed someone right away. I would totally recommend Reflections to anyone.

Poorly staffed.

Some staff are rude and disrespectful. Initially One RN refused to test my mother’s blood sugar at the appropriate times. We have had several meetings with the admin concerning care issues such as a diabetic diet and poor food offered. They serve too little protein and an abundance of carbs. Most meals consist of pasta and potato dishes with minimal meat selections, little green vegetables and often overcooked or canned vegetables with little flavor.
