The staff is very attentive to my MIL. They respond quickly and r very helpful. Also when I called they have been great at answering any questions I have or finding someone who can. We have used the shuttle service which has been great and she gets her hair done every month:) she has made some friends there and that helps her stay social.

Regal Estates has been a wonderful choice. Every one of the staff we have met has been cheerful and kind. I'm not exaggerating! No one has been irritable, no whispers or complaining EVER. its quite obvious all the employees are happy there. Its truly a full team of support whether passing meds, cooking serving or answering questions and phone calls everyone has treated us very well. Ask about what's included with the price and what additional fees there are for services, if that information has not been given to you. Be sure to pay attention to what style kitchen you get in the rooms and the bathrooms and ask if there can be additions or changes made to make them more comfortable. Ask about the med tech and nursing staff for assisted living. The services should meet whatever needs they may have. Ask about transportation to and from Doctor appointments, pharmacy, shopping, and events.
