A great place. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything she needs. The all day, dining room, is also great and gives her a very flexible schedule for meals. Which is great if she goes out during the day

My mom has been in rehab for the last couple of months, but previously she was living in assisted living at Regal Palms. She was there for four years. I think they were very professional. The staff was good. They have great outdoor grounds. It's all part of Largo Palms. I like that it was kind of a one-stop shopping, and they have every different level from independent all the way through skilled nursing and rehab, and memory care. My. Father just passed in Sabal Palms [date removed]. Everyone at both Regal and Sabal were tremendous. The love and care were exceptional. My dad was living independently at Regal with mom since [date removed] They both came down with pneumonia the end of May 2025. They both spent days in Morton Plant Hospital. Mom came home to Regal and dad to Sabal. It was found that dad had Liver cancer and died in 1 week. We were struggling with where to put him with Hospice care. This senior living has different buildings and they're in the Regal Palms building, on the independent living side so this review is strictly about that place. The place is very, very nice. The advantage of this facility is it allows you to move between buildings as their care needs evolve. It is crucial to monitor what services you are paying for versus what is actually being provided. From an Independent Living perspective, the facility is commendable. The same cannot be said for the Assisted Living side. We have attended dinner with her and the servers are always nice, food is good and lots of selection. Facility is always clean and well decorated for the holidays. They have many activities so there always seems to be something going on. The apartment sizes are great, she actually downsized and did not notice a difference. Our loved one is very happy with her choice.
