From day 1 of my father arriving here I've regretted it. Regency has the worse communication with family members! Employees do not know how to transfer calls to loved ones & are constantly disconnecting you; or staff just doesn't answer the phone & will not return calls until you get mad. Their PT's & doctor never call with updates on how your family member is doing. I had 1 conference call after 1 week & none since (3 weeks total). I asked how long do you think he'll be there? A…

I think Regency Gresham Nursing & Rehab Center could do a better job at being proactive with things because I do have some concerns with them. You have a lot of CNAs taking care of the patients rather than actual RNs who are proactively doing things. They've done a remodel recently. The dining room is nice, and the staff is very friendly. For rehab, the place is nice. My father-in-law is in a shared room right now, but they also have private rooms.
