I don't think there was anything that I didn't like about ProHealth Regency Senior Communities New Berlin. It was very clean. Everybody we talked to was very nice. The residents seemed very nice, too. It was a very nice facility. It was a little smaller, so it looked to be a little bit easier to get around. The people we saw as we were walking around in the halls greeted us and said hello. So the community seemed friendlier. If we had decided to move, we probably would have looked into moving there becaus…

My dad will move into ProHealth Regency Senior Communities-New Berlin. The people were really thoughtful and nice. There are a lot of different activities for the elderly. They have stuff going on every day. The environment itself was very calming. They've got everything. It's just like having your own house. It's got a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. They have a washer and dryer in the unit, so he doesn't have to pay for laundry, and a walk-in shower. It's got pretty much everything y…

We went to look at Regency New Berlin Senior Living. It was modern and up-to-date. They had a lot of activities. The staff members were very nice, informative, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They had a fitness center, underground parking, a car wash station, a game room, and a lounge that was like a bar.

I visited this facility

The Regency New Berlin was most appealing to me, because the rates are better, and you can go for one week, two weeks, to four weeks, for respite. The rooms were nice, very clean, large, and very well furnished with a lot of amenities. The meals are included in your price, but there is a little microwave in your room and a little refrigerator in your unit. She showed us the kitchen, we met the cook, and the people seemed very busy and pleasant there.

We visited Regency New Berlin Senior Living. The biggest plus that they had was they were in the process of building on another level of care, and that was important to me. So, when my dad started to decline, we could keep him in the same facility and just put him in a different wing for more care. The staff who assisted us, Lisa, was very good. The only thing I didn't like about that facility was that they had mini-sized refrigerators and no stoves in the units.
