My mother is at Ruby Commons. I'm not entirely displeased with the place, but I'm not overly impressed with it either. The food there is nothing great. You get a choice, like at the start of a week, you can pick certain things on the menu. It's probably not like that every single lunch, but you get a choice of a hot dog, a hamburger, a chicken sandwich, or a bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich.
