CriticalThe staff is beyond pathetic. They do not answer the bill, and then they complain when you come down the hall to get them. They complain to your other family members that you ask questions when you come from another state. The only person there who is worth anything is the receptionist and the female sitting at the front desk, taking the temperature. The rest of them are picking up a paycheck and causing problems between family members. Very pathetic.

She has had a miraculous turnaround from the physical therapists, nurses, and speech it has been amazing. They have provided impeccable service and they are very attentive to my mother. Her nurses and the speech therapists and physical therapists are all communicating and tell us what is happening for her.
