PositiveMy mom moved into Resilient Care Assisted Living. We chose them because the people who were there with them gave them the attention and care, and they did activities with them. They had a great selection of food. They made the food from scratch for the people living there. It is in good condition. Everything was there, and I was very happy and satisfied with them. They made sure that their patients got medical care. They made sure that the physicians showed up there to check on all the patients. Her apartment is sp…

PositiveMy mother moved to the assisted living facility of Resilient Care Assisted Living. She's staying at their Graystone Drive facility. They have three homes, and the one that she's at is Graystone. The one at Maiden Drive is one of their facilities and their headquarters. I like the facility itself. It's a beautiful, warm home, and doesn't look like an assisted living facility. It looks warm and cozy, well-decorated, and well laid out. She has a first-level bedroom, and I like that because she uses…

CriticalThe personnel at Resilient Care Assisted Living seemed to be very caring and interested in their residents. The facility was nice, but it just wasn't a fit for my cousin. My cousin is still very active, but there are more seniors who are sedentary and in wheelchairs, or not able to do a lot of mobility that she currently has. It was a nice facility, though.

PositiveResilient Care Assisted Living was very clean and very organized. They had the menu up of what they would feed the residents. The staff was very nice, very pleasant, and very welcoming. The manager owner herself is a registered nurse. She and her husband own it together. They also have another manager on staff, who's also a registered nurse and I like that fact, and the fact that they want to be involved and they want to know all the information. They keep you involved. I met other residents and they seemed ve…

CriticalThe owners of this assisted living are nothing but money hungry liars! They over medicated my dad causing him to become unconscious for 5 days straight. They did not feed him or change him but only over medicated him. He has been in the hospital since July (it is now December) because of these evil people! He was severally malnourished and hasn't been the same since. My dad was able to walk, feed himself, shower, and hold a conversation but now he isn't able to do any of those things. How are these people still in …

PositiveThe tour at Resilient Care Assisted Living was fine. It's in a nice neighborhood, the neighborhood was quiet. They had a stairlift that would take the residents up and down the stairs. I think all the rooms were shared. And I told them that wouldn't work for my husband. He would need his own room. The biggest thing for me was there were no men there. I said, "Where are all the men? Do you not take men? " And she said, " Yeah, yeah. We take man, we just don't have any." So I wouldn…
