It was kind of rough at first due to not knowing how they do things but it has gotten better and my mom 's feedback isn't always accurate (I'm sure it is not as bad as she sometimes says. She is a little confused and can be too negative sometimes). The communication isn't very good sometimes and that can be frustrating. There are external medical people that go there & some I can't reach at all. When I do try. they almost never answer my questions or respond. I have not told The Retreat but will. The people that ca…

The councilor was really helpful. Overall, would not change much. Only issue we noticed on our most recent visit was, like many other businesses, it seems like there are some staffing issues. But that is kind of the way things are these days. Way better than I really expected.

We are very happy with the Retreat at Carrollton. The whole process was great, starting with sales. [name removed] took us through everything step by step and fully explained how the facility worked. The amenities and services are great and cover all of Mom's needs. The intake process with Nurse [name removed] was very professional. The day to day care has been fantastic and we have no complaints.
