PositiveI toured Ridge Manor Rossville's assisted living. The lady and the people who worked there were super nice. The people who were living there seemed really happy. They had very nice rooms. My husband would have to share a room, so I don't know if he would be for that or not. The facility was very clean and spacious.

PositiveI toured Ridge Manor Rossville. It looked very nice. They had done a lot of updating and remodeling, and the inside looked nice, too. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, but the entrance itself looked fine. It's just that somewhere in the neighborhood, there's a trailer park next door that's a little bit rundown. PositiveGreat Personal Care Home, staff and caregivers are so nice and caring. the food is great as well, its all home cooked. they have a very down home setting. the caregivers are so sweet and really take great care for the residents.

CriticalNot a good experience at all. They were told that our mother was coming from hospital cancer but after two days we were told that they could not administer morphine. No nurse on due and not cna. Hospice or family were only ones who could administer meds. Assistants had no training to speak of and didn't pronounce medial terms correctly. Had to move mother to another facility. The pain they put her thru is inexcusable. Do not use this place. Their "help" were way in over the heads!!!

PositiveI think they do a good job overall at Mary & Martha's Personal Care. It's a nice, clean, well kept facility, and the staff all seem friendly. It's a small community, so the residents get more individual care and attention. The food is all homemade and delicious, and they've got a big garden out back so the meals include a lot of freshly grown veggies! We did have one or two issues moving in, but nothing major.
