My mom moved into Ridge Manor Residential Memory Care - Canton. It's working out well. She's been there for three days now, but it's a nice home and family environment with competent and friendly caregivers. They have private rooms. They have a coordinator who does activities with them, brings an ice cream truck out, does karaoke music, and things like that. The facility is in great condition. They have home-cooked meals.

My dad has thrived at Ridge Manor. It is clean and the staff is caring and supportive. The owners, Jason and Annie are responsive to any concerns. My dad is a quiet person so the small environment and 1:6 ratio is great for him. Being able to visit him even if outside on the porch is a plus.

My mother was a resident at Ridge Manor. I can't begin to express my gratitude to the staff for their loving care. From making her favorite meal easing her arrival to providing a warm and loving presence during her last days. Mom enjoyed the wonderful home cooked meals, the stimulating activities and beautiful surroundings. Her caregivers became her new best friends. My dad and I looked at numerous memory care facilities in Canton, but none could compare to the love and attention she receives at Ridge Manor. The ratio is 1:6 twenty four hours per day. Most of the other facilities we looked at were 1:8 during the day and 1:10 or 16 at night. My mother is a big fall risk and needed much more attention than the larger facilities could offer. My wife is at Ridge Manor Residential Memory Care - Canton. The layout is fine. It's clean and well taken care of. They've got friendly staff. She is comfortable there. The food looked very good to me. Ridge Manor is not perfect, but they're good. It's extremely clean. It's more than I can afford, but it's a lot less expensive than other places I looked at.
