The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to help with everything, and they are so friendly. They all knew my name by the second day I was here, and they would stop whatever they are doing to introduce me to other residents. Ridgepointe is life changing for my dad - the price is right for his extremely limited income, the location is ideal, 24-hr front desk service is fantastic and makes me feel like he is always safe, the apartment is a good size and includes a cleaning service, which he needs, and the free breakfast is just enough food that I know he won't starve when no longer capable of fending for himself. The marketing director, [name removed], is very good at her job. She answered all my multiple questions, assured me everything in the apartment would be fixed, painted, new carpeting installed etc. which it was. I have a small dog which I had to pay a $[fee removed] one time fee . Which I think is a lot but I do understand the need to charge and that not all owners clean up after their dogs. The staff have all been extremely helpful and eager to make sure my client is comfortable and well informed about all things Ridgepointe!! My client wanted the smallest attainment available, but for a slightly higher price she decided to go with a larger 1 bedroom. She was in a waitlist for a few months before she was offered two apartments within a week.
