PositivePerfect fit
My mother-in-law loves it there. The staff is great. I think last time I said that the maintenance guy was horrible. He has since been let go and the new maintenance guy is very good. The head of activities who was excellent left for a new job. The new hire for that job is very good. Activities are plentiful with something to do each day. They also have "road trips" a few times a month. A plus for RiverCrest is that most rooms have an outside doorway to a patio or courtyard. The residents love this.

All of the staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to help the residents. They work as a team to the benefit of the small community. Definitely recommend. Only thing to add is that the food is typically good but could be upgraded a little.

I would give Rivercrest Place 4 for overall rating but 5 for all of the subcategories (eg, friendliness, cleanliness, etc). Maintenance is not responsive to requests and they need to be submitted numerous times.. Everything else is great. My MIL is very happy.

I didn't have an appointment for Rivercrest Place, but I went by there and looked at it, and I really liked it. One of the nurses there took me around and gave me an idea of what it's like. It was clean. It smelled nice. The rooms have their own patios where the family member could smoke on their patio. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The residents I've got to talk to said they loved it there. The staff was very friendly and very informative. She was just really nice. With regard to ame…

All 8 get the top rating. My sister raves about the food and how they take care of her needs. Her pension from the University covers the cost. It is just a great clean facility with good people working together. I hope it never changes. They respond when I call and mention an issue and they inform me about what they observe. [name removed] and [name removed] are very good care givers.
