PositiveMy mom moved to Riverwalk Senior Living and it's very clean. The staff is friendly and caring. The room is small enough for one person. They have meals prepared for them. They have a lot of activities. They have a nice place to see outside the window. They have bingo and card games.

PositiveIt's a newer, clean facility that offers the basics. Expected activities are offered (bingo, crafts, seasonal events, etc.). The 'common areas' are basic, tv/sofas, simple coffee bar, dining area, a couple small tables set up to do puzzles at and that's it. The staff is friendly when I've encountered them in person, but if you have to reach them by phone, it's almost never answered. PositiveWe went to see Riverwalk Senior Living but the manager was not there. So, we did get a tour from another staff member. She was very pleasant and tried to do the best job she could, even though she wasn't the one that we were supposed to meet. The facility was very pleasant. We walked in and the door walked right into the dining area, and that was very impressive. I did not meet the chef, but they prepare all the food there and they do not cater any of it in. PositiveRiverwalk Senior Living is a very nice place, but it's not for me. They gave me a very good tour, but I'm looking more for an apartment-style place. I'm more independent but they also stated that you gotta have a care package to be there. They showed me one of the apartments or one of the rooms, it was a single room. PositiveRiverwalk Senior Living is a beautiful new building. The residents have their own "mini" apartment which my mom loves! The staff is very friendly and conscientious of all the residents. My mom really like it at Riverwalk.
