I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone, even my worst enemy. The office staff treats residents terrible. They are rude and abrupt almost like they are being bothered. Knowing the lack of low income housing available in Napa, the management seems to use that as a weapon for example, telling people if you dont like one thing or another you can move, or sending letters threatening eviction over some little thing that, for the most part, was just an oversight.
