CriticalThey take care of the place - staff is challenged- dilapidated labor pool. Would we recommend this community to others? It depends on the situation and that's a case by case basis! They are significantly cheaper than any facility in Chico. That's why we're there.

PositiveWe toured Roseleaf in Oroville. It had a very welcoming home feel, and it had a beautiful outside area for the residents. It was scenic and comfortable. Residents could have a private room or have a roommate. The rooms were spacious. Residents could decorate them any way they wanted to. They did have to provide their own furnishings. CriticalMy parents were residents of Roseleaf Oroville. I just had so many bad experiences. They were in a huge two-bedroom. The administrator moved them into a one-bedroom and stuck a second bed in there. They had problems keeping the air conditioning going. Neither Mom nor Dad liked the food.
