The care was subpar, my mother-in-law's medications were jerked with and they told us she had to leave the facility 2 days before Christmas. I know it's easy to think the fault may be with her or us, but the next facility she went to took incredible care of her, loved her and she displayed much more peace when in that facility. Thankfully, that is where she got to spend her last days. She actually became one of the staff favorites. Subsequently, a family member we recommended to Rosewood also ended up leaving there…

The staff is very helpful and caring. The facilities may not be as pristine as some of the newer facilities, but the care is very good. The turnover rate appears to be very low. We have experience with 5 different facilities and this is one of the best.

We were mostly satisfied with the Assisted Living part. We were not happy with the Memory Care. Manager and sales manager are excellent. The lead nurse has left so not sure how that's going. The response time to residents definitely needed to be improved. Supervision was lacking in memory care. The activity director was very good.
