This facility is so kind, so attentive, so caring of the situation and the involved family. They go out of their way to help in every way possible. There were a few issues of details getting lost in the shuffle which made the transition a bit confusing, but, there is so much to grasp, I am not surprised I didn't know what I didn't know until later. Both a Place for Mom, and Rosewood Village Greenbrier carried me through a very difficult time with guidance, support, and understanding.

They are very accommodating and always willing to help. Everyone is kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The place is also very clean and well maintained, and you can tell they care about providing a comfortable environment for the residents.

I know a few residents out here and it seems to me if they call a nurse to get help the nurses get an attitude. Well isn't that your job?? People in jail get taken care of then some of the residents in there. In my opinion you have to have some kind of competition with this career. People pay good money to stay here. They deserve to be treated better. I'm sorry for my rant but I just had to get it off my chest.

I can say Rosewood Greenbrier has been wonderful for my mom, she is content and happy there and has settled into friendships with staff and residents and participating in activities. We have been amazed how far she has come! The only glitch we're working through (bc we're new with this) is establishing regular communication with staff there. This said, they have been great at helping us! [name removed] with place for mom was so helpful for me, she was very kind and assuring me through getting Mom ready and us ready…
