PositiveThe staff and Director of Memory Care have helped to orient us and support our transition. Communication pathways have remained opened as new behaviors arose. Being able to support a community of memory care residents with their daily activities and constant change takes everyone's support. My husband is getting great care and when problems arise, they have been addressed. We are lucky to have them in this time of need and imaginable situations.
★★★★★
PositiveFor the most part food was good, there were some aides not very nice, most were good. Place is very clean staff speaks to everyone. Needs to be more supervision of the aides who are not nice.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are friendly and help on the spot taking care of her. The staff shares how she is adjusting to new life. The rooms are always clean. She likes the food. Staff share what she does that day. The room she is at is great size for her. Overall she is very happy at this facility. Great fit for her.

PositiveI'm happy because the Memory Care Director has been important for my transition as well as Jeff, who is the resident. We are working through Jeff's behaviors of restlessness and aggression and a wound that has appeared on his foot. She takes on a true attitude of education with me and her staff and it is welcoming.
★★★★★
CriticalTalk to residents there before the transition and now. Confirm if the aligned RN lives locally. One there when my father-in-law was a resident was based in FL
