Overall I would rate Ruth's House house as a 5. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. The CNA's were very caring and kind to my mom. The meals were good overall. My mom dislikes fish and they tended to eat fish several times a week. The downfall was there were not very many options because of the facility being kosher. The activities were engaging for my mom and overall it was a positive experience for both mom and I. The director of the facility [name removed] is also very accommodating and supportive. I woul…

My mom has been at Ruths House for some time now and I must say they have not regretted my decision to move her into an Assisted Living Community. Everyone is friendly and caring from the receptionist to the housekeeper and everyone in-between. The staff really takes in and cares for the resident as their own family member. Highly recommend!

PositiveOur family had an in person tour with Ruth's House and it was our second choice. All the places we looked at except [community name removed] had assigned seats in the dining room which my parents didn't like. Plus my parents are Catholic and felt the culture at Ruth's didn't feel right to them.

I feel like from the minute we walked in for the tour, everyone was so nice and so friendly. There were a few ladies sitting in the foyer and they greeted us and were very friendly. Everyone was welcoming and it felt comfortable. It is a beautiful and clean facility They have great activities offered every day. I would absolutely recommend Ruth's House, my mom has been here since mid-September and loves it.
