They are very accommodating and helpful, also have empathy for the people living there and their families. Apt size is fine for one person. The building always seems clean and offers fresh water. I don't have a problem getting answers to questions. They seem to have outings and enough activities.

I visited the independent living community of Salterra at Ashbrook. The staff seemed very warm, welcoming, and caring. They just seemed nice, caring, and attentive. Their facility was clean and seemed to have a lot of activities. It was also spacious, and everything looked like it was cared for adequately.

Staff is friendly and caring to residents. Facility is kept clean and orderly at all times. They could improve how the regular mail is handled. Currently the mail is placed in an open cubby hole system with no locks. I think the independent Senior Residents should have locked mailboxes. We still continue to conduct business with our banks, doctors, and other vendors.

I was not satisfied at all with them, there was a trouble with management and raising the price of the rent often times. There's no public transportation, buses, and the closest store about half mile away.
