PositiveI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Rooms are bigger than most and especially for the pricing. Staff are very helpful and while there may arise issues from time to time they are always on it promptly.

PositiveI found the facility to be under much better management than in the past. It is warm and inviting and the staff there are really invested in my mother and MIL's care.

CriticalBeautiful place to live, but the staff is horrible! No air for 45 days, no assistance for showers, no communication...very sad to receive this kind of care when you are sick...lack of staff and rudeness...

CriticalYou will be sold on this place at first. The woman we spoke to was like a car salesman and sold us on almost everything. Too bad that was all a lie. My grandmother has to fight to get a bath at least once a week, sometimes once every 2 weeks. They do not take out the trash or clean the rooms. The AC goes out and they leave the elderly to die of the heat.
