As a resident of Sanford Estates. We moved here 1 year ago. It was great. Then we got new managers. And it went downhill fast. The food was great when we first got here. Now the food is dry and has no flavor. I call it low-grade dog food. Managers don't care. We're looking to move ASAP.

My sister was the resident there. Staff was attentive and helpful. She didn't participate in activities. She never ate food there. They took relatively good care and cleaned. Room was nice size. Hope that helps.

Well, something that comes to mind which I felt was quite troublesome was a resident without regular care. She could/would not use diapers over a long period of time (years). She did not seem to get regular care. The consequence was that the room could not be used by anyone else, as urine and feces had permeated the walls, and she was moved to a room near me. She generally could not find her room, and it became up to the residents to help her get to her room and remind her to put on a diaper and a bra, which was i…

Everything was a 5. Very happy with everything!!! I was there for a few months due toward temporary loss of my eyesight I had a 4th nerve palsy. 4 out of 100,000 get this. Needing a place to stay when I called to get information about Sanford Estates they sent [name removed] to pick me and move me since I could not drive my car or have any vision.
