I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

We visited and selected Scott's Convenient Living 1, but the experience we had wasn't very good. My mom wasn't happy and ended up having a mini-stroke, so we took her out of the home. She wasn't there that long. We were trying to get her adjusted so the caretaker had asked us not to come for the first week, so we went there after a week, which was Mother's Day. We had a good visit, and she was OK. Then we came again on that Tuesday and she was OK, but she wasn't herself. Every time we …
