They have a number of staff who have been there for years which help as they help with training the new ones. The rooms are good size and bathrooms all with showers. Rooms are kept clean and so far after 6 months they have done well with meals, activities and taking care of our loved ones. They have been very helpful with any requests I have asked They do have a nurse on the every floor if needed. So far it been good

I give the overall experience a 5; especially when compared to what I hear from friends regarding their experience with other facilities. There is a family atmosphere between the staff and residents. I receive the same feedback from both family and friends who visit Mom. [name removed] at the front desk always has a warm welcome for you, both in person and over the phone. Staff and Administration are friendly and make a point to stop and speak to residents, family and friends. Facility always smells fresh and clean. Monthly calendar is full of daily activities for the residents and they are encouraged to participate. No food complaints from my Mom, especially related to the snacks. My Mom's visitors have similar comments.

I would rate all of them a five. I was very happy with [name removed] at this facility. I like how all the employees helped [name removed] out when he needed assistance. They kept his room very clean. He told me he loved the food. They had a lot of activities that he enjoyed.
