We went to Seasons Place. We didn't schedule a visit, so we walked in and they were unprepared for us. We happened to be passing by and decided to stop in, so they were not prepared to give us an extensive tour. The director wasn't available at that point, so we just got to talk to one of the nurses. My husband, being that he's blind, needs a place that's very well-lit and bright. Seasons Place seemed to be darker, which he didn't care for. It wasn't as bright as the other facility, an…

At this time, I cannot recommend this facility any longer. High staff turnover, communication is not good. Residents complain about food. Expressed concerns are explained away with excuses or ignored. No improvement in sight. Not worth the price.

I toured Seasons Place. The price, it's out of our range. They want so much per month that even if this house was sold and everything, he would only be able to stay there a couple of years and he needs someplace so, he's going to be able to stay longer. So their prices are too high. The staff was nice. They need to improve on the cost.

Seasons Place is where my brother was. The best thing about it was the staff. They were incredibly kind and friendly. They took very good care of my brother and were very quick to be in touch with me if there was a problem. My husband's uncle moved into Seasons Place. I feel like they're very supportive, and they do their job well. We chose it because it was in the same price range as the others that we talked to.
