Helping hands during a difficult transition

[name removed] the exec director and [name removed] the sales director are both very personable and extremely helpful during the whole process. All the employees I met along the way have been very personable and helpful also.

My brother needs simple 5 to 10 minute help each day to make sure he has put on clean Depends and disposed of them properly. Then the pads for his chairs and bed need changed each day. Wouldn't take long and sounds simple enough but he needs that help and doesn't seem to get it.

Don't put anyone you care about in Seaton...

After our experience with season we wonder why they're still operating as a care facility... When [name removed] went in he could transfer from bed to wheelchair... When he got out he went to the hospital with atrophied legs, pneumonia, and head lice... He can no longer transfer or move himself around... This is not what we paid almost $[removed] for.

Our families experience, would not recommend

Food was always cold when delivered to my Mom. I believe she had bed bugs in her too but no one informed me. There was only one cleaning person so the room and bathroom was dirty at times. Laundry was not completed in a timely manner. They were frequently understaffed.

Need better staffing

The staff is not friendly the residents don't get the care they need they run out of supplies and have to take from other residents . The nurses don't care about there jobs only sitting in the office.. the [name removed]is great and loves the residents
