This community is very friendly. We have game exercise room can have better access equipment for us seniors. I love it.

I visited this facility

I toured the Senior Suites of Midway Village, and it was terrible. I was turned off by their senior suites. I had an appointment, but the woman acted as if I didn't. It was very disorganized when I arrived. There were workers in the hall who let me in, and then I went up to the office. The staff wasn't expecting me, even though she should have been. I did fill out some paperwork, but I never heard back from her.

The Senior Suites of Midway Village was very clean. The apartments were small but really nice. They had plenty of storage in there. It was just a nice place. The staff was very nice. They have a workout room. They have a lot of activities. They don't serve food there. It's nice that they have a laundry room on each floor. The laundry is free. I like the fact that everything is all in one; you pay for the rent, utilities, and then there's air conditioning.

I toured Senior Suites of Midway Village but I didn't get to see the rooms because they didn't have any available to see. The facility was clean, and the staff was very welcoming and nice. They had a workout room and a visiting area where you could have little parties. Ashley was the one who assisted me and she was great. I loved her personality.

Positive experience, would give a recommendation

It would be helpful for others to know that they have adequate handicap parking for residents, but not so much for others. There is limited parking for the guests. It is a locked facility so you have to have a key or call up to get in. Maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. There is finally a new property manger that is on site who is friendly as well. I would recommend them to others looking.
