My dad really loves [removed name]. He's been very helpful in his transition, both on a "new to the building," but on a personal level. He also likes the unit and feels as though it's enough space for him. He's been able to make friends easily and has organized a bi-monthly card game. Not giving a 5 because: When he first moved in he had some water back up in his sink, called the emergency hotline and was yelled at by the building manager. To date, his sink has not been replaced. I toured the Senior Suites of South Shore. The location was fine. I liked the location, but the apartment was too small. I liked the surroundings and the people there, but it was too small for me, and the cost was too much for the size. The facility looked clean. I didn't see anything on the floor or any trash. The room I visited was clean. I think they are good and clean. The staff who gave the tour was friendly, and I liked that. They showed me the laundry room, the board, and the lounge room, but it's …

We got our mom a place at senior suites of south shore. The staff was friendly and informative while giving us a tour. They also were very flexible with the move in date. We helped our mother move in and again the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also were able to provide our mother with a covered parking spot in the parking lot since she does drive. I had a positive experience from start to finish here.

We chose Senior Suites of South Shore because they were readily available, the location was good and the price was one of the best in the area. Although all of the people there have been great, they do not return phone calls which is frustrating. I usually have to go in to get an answer.
