CriticalFood deteriorated considerably during the little over a year I was there. The staff was okay, nothing special. I liked my room. just the right size. VERY dog friendly place. I had considerable problems with [name removed]. He mislead and sometimes Outright lied to me about meeting with him and the director of memory care.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's welcoming, vibrant community of amazingly interesting people who are walking each other home. And staff who are competent, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making our lives easier. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

CriticalThis is just my experience-Staff is not very responsive. Other people have stated how great they are, however, I have not found that to be the case. The facility is great. The gym is amazing. The food is disappointing.

PositiveI toured The Sequoias San Francisco. It's a wonderful, comfortable, and friendly place. The rooms were very nice, generously sized with lovely windows, and needed some updating. The staff was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He answered our questions. The way he showed me around, he was just very good at this job. The dining area was very nice. I didn't eat the food, but I saw it and it looked appetizing. They have a wide variety and a very extensive meal program. …
