Great home and care for my mother

They all take very good care of my mother. My only issue is occasionally there is a language barrier between the caregivers and the patients/families but we just work around it. Sometimes it is an issue when I need to know what my mom needs as far as supplies but that is the only negative. She is well fed, always clean, calm, and very well provided for.

Stopped in for a quick look at the room. Two of the residents were out in the living room/kitchen area; one had a loved one visiting and the two caregivers were in the kitchen. [Name removed] was very nice and friendly. The price was very reasonable.

There are no words to Express the greatness of this place, the nurses, and [name removed]. We put my grandfather here after he fell in a nursing home, having to be placed in the hospital. Before that, I would visit him daily at the nursing home and noticed he received minimal attention, sometimes going up to 45 minutes with his buzzer going off, and no one coming. I toured the Serein Residential Care Home. We were looking for a brighter and more upbeat atmosphere for my loved one. The owner seemed to have an agenda of me deciding right then. I didn't think it felt like the right fit for my loved one.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. The place had a very positive environment, and they seemed to provide a good level of care as well.
