Very negative the last was horrible with Mike the administrater.

I was lied to by [name removed] the administrator. And I was told he would wave any. Any notice and reduce. My monthly rate for december by one half in front of my son. I was denied care by [name removed]. The CNA 4 times and [name removed] said he would not have her working overtime. Because I was afraid to put my light on. When she was working. He got a senior head CNA from memory here to talk to me. And care for me if I needed help. I explained that I don't want anybody to just come in my room and turn my lig…

Pleased with our experience

We chose Serenity because I toured it and just really liked the facility. My husband was able to get his own private room as well which is nice. The location is close to my home and convenient. I would recommend to others looking.

More Space, Better People for the Same Money

The staff are very friendly and are available for any questions I may have. They know who I am and who my loved one is when I come to visit. There is flexibility in taking my loved one out of the community.

Top Notch Facility

My first impression was the marketing person who I spoke with initially. I felt as though she was not only compassionate - because this was my first time going down this path, with a lot of emotions coming up - but knowledgeable. And I felt like she would move heaven and earth to help me as much as she could, even if Serenity turned out not to be the right decision for us. But we did end up choosing them.
