Serenity Towers at Brockton

Not a good place

The landlords are working to get rid of tenants who have been here for years so they can get more money for the apartments, also now charging [removed] dollars to park your car! they are going up this year on average like [removed]dollars a month, plus hosing everyone by charging [removed] dollars just to park your car!

Information is NOT about Serenity

The information and reviews 're this apartment is outdated. It is NOT an assisted living and if you are possibly going to be needing any accommodations, they don't make enough money to add grab bars to a bathroom, so look elsewhere. This site either needs to remove Serenity as the title or remove the information that does not suit the current corporation.

I am/was a resident of this facility

Small studios & 1 bedrooms. Owners are "upgrading" units on the backs of the poorer clientele that they brought in at the beginning of their takeover of this previously empty building. They have hiked the rents up and are adding fees as they go along, despite having no attractions such as a gym. There are leaks in the ceilings, cracks in the bathroom sinks, apartments with no ovens, insufficient heating/a.c. Carpets were never replaced, despite rent hikes. I visited this facility

I went to see Serenity Towers at Brockton. The woman running it was very informative and helpful. She showed me the studio, a 1-bedroom, and a 2-bedroom apartment. The studio room was fairly small. They would supply the refrigerator. Some of them had ovens and a stove, but some of them didn't. They all had a small kitchenette. It was a high-rise building with about 7 floors. They didn't have outdoor spaces, but the interior where they used to serve the meals was a very big open area. Now, they changed it …

I really liked Connemara. The facility was just small enough to where the staff knew all of the residents by name and it just had a very homey feeling to it. The only reason mom did not want to move here was due to the location, but I would highly recommend this facility to others.

This was a wonderful facility. It felt like a family setting. Unfortunately my Mother was not interested in living in Brockton.
