The Residence At Five Corners

Feels like a 5 star hotel with experienced, kind and understanding staff.

The staff has been exceptional. The food is wonderful, my father-in-law looks better than he has in years. He is clean, hydrated and well fed. His room is very clean. He has a window looking into the courtyard. The room comes with a kitchenette, walk in closet and huge bathroom. Every member of the staff has been kind and very caring.

I visited this facility

I toured The Residence at Five Corners. It was very comparable to the other place. Everybody was pleasant. It was very clean. I really like the fact that the outdoor areas were very nicely kept. It would be a pleasure to sit in and see whatever functions take place out there. So, that was a real plus for that particular place. They had different places where you could eat if you wanted to. One of them might be a pub, and the other one was the main dining room. It was very good.

Great staff and facility

My Mom has been living at The Residence for 18 months and she is thriving. Her quality of life has improved significantly after moving from an apartment where she lived alone. She engages in many activities and even hosts a painting class. The staff are caring and engaging and build relationships with the residence. I know my Mom is happy and safe! Great for her and great peace-of-mind for me and my brothers.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother and father in law was at the residence for 3 months. The apartment was great. The staff is great, understanding and very accomadating to all their wish's. The activities they enjoyed very much, the food is excellent alot of varieties. Would highly recommend for a family member.

Think Twice.

I am heartbroken and disgusted by the treatment my mother received during her short 7-month stay at this facility, which ended in her untimely death. On her very first night, I stopped by unexpectedly and found her on the floor in a pitch-black room with the door closed. That alone should have been a red flag. Our family member is happy and safe at The Residence at Five Corners. There are many positives about the wonderful staff, caring community, kind friends, great team of nurses, OTs, PTs, and Speech Therapists! A few of her complaints are about the food quality/meals, which went downhill when they lost two wonderful chefs and those positions have not yet been filled as of Nov. 2024.
