The 3rd and 1st floor shuffle the patient's back and forth due to lying on the staffs insecurities. No one benefits from this behavior. The patient's medication's don't follow the patient's with each move. Staff's attitudes should change drastically. Staff speaks so loud at the floor's front desk it's difficult to sleep. Staff will make up a story about patients just for fun, just to get them off that floor. When YOU'VE been thru surgery and need help dressing yourself, you get lip from certain staff members. AVOI…

My Mom is 92 years old and is here for rehabilitation . God bless her that she was never sick a day in her life until her recent diagnosis. This facility is wonderful. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff, nurses, aids are. The director [name removed] is very helpful and extended herself with your concerns. My brother is a patient in the rehab section. I have had to deal with this facility by telephone only, since I live far away. My experience has been enormously frustrating. Medicare is no longer covering his treatment 100%, and I have been trying to arrange Medicaid for him to cover expenses that are mounting higher every day. My mother needed to be here for 5 weeks for medication that required skilled nurses. She was also in physical therapy. I was really impressed with the staff at this facility. Nursing homes have a bad reputation as a rule, but I was amazed at this facility. It is by far not the typical "nursing home". Everyone is very nice and treats the patients with dignity.
