They need more staff, can't get in and out of place without someone letting you in and out. Need to get rid of carpet in hallways they are stained and smells. Left urine smelled sheets on bathroom over weekend. Just need more helpers.

CriticalI’m very disappointed with the level of care my grandma has been receiving at Shields Comfort Care in Saginaw. Every time me and my family come to visit, she smells strongly of urine, as if she hasn’t been properly cleaned or cared for. It’s heartbreaking to see her like that, and it raises real concerns about how often residents are being washed and attended to. Families shouldn’t have to worry about their loved ones sitting in that condition. I truly hope the facility takes these concerns seriously and improves …

CriticalI've attempted to leave six reviews on Google about this place, but they keep hiding it or deleting them. I have a family member that unfortunately lives at this facility. I would strongly recommend that if you are considering sending your loved ones here, please reconsider. Unfortunately, the rules to leave reviews anywhere prevent me from including important details. But as someone that frequently visits this place to see their family member, I cannot possibly recommend this place.
