I enjoy living here. It is nice and quiet. Staff are friendly. I like the location. I prefer living here than in an apartment.

We enjoy it because it's a small community, and we find the administration, the staff, and the residents to be nice. It feels like a community. We moved in before they completed the renovation. And we did so knowingly because we were very eager to find a place that was close to our children. This is four miles away from them, which made life a lot easier for us. Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe Experience

They are very helpful and caring. They offer a studio, 1bd, 2bd. Nice but very small closets, only independent living has kitchenettes. They are in process of remodeling them. Housekeeping, laundry and trash pick up weekly.

The apartment is clean, newly remodeled, and bright. The common areas are inviting. The administration and staff are helpful, kind, and always smiling.

My Experience

I am currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Santa Fe. Overall, things at this facility have been okay but I do have some concerns.

We were warned that Pacifica was a "place to go if you want to die" and it felt that way in person. Chainlink fence around the smallest outdoor space made it feel like a bad prison. Poor lighting, small, sad, cold feeling rooms, residents looked miserable, underqualified staff. Run is all I can say.
