CriticalIf your loved one has a voice, listen to them. My loved one had a disagreement with a fellow resident. Shortly after, my mom had to be hospitalized due to a minor illness. They refused to let her go back. They don't care about the people. Instead of trying to find a solution, they left her out in the streets. A disabled elderly person.
