We were there for only a few months because Dad passed but really liked everyone there and give a strong recommendation. They were amazing at the end and compared to his place in Maryland that was twice as expensive they were much better.

Overall the facility is clean and food well prepared. My sister is medically complicated and the intake process was a bit sloppy, the care plan needed revisions which caused misunderstandings with the staff caring for my sister, these finally got fixed after a month. Of note, the RN care manager and many of the aides appear to have been let go or transferred to other jobs, some told us this was for performance issues. Overall still happy she is there but it has required vigilance and advocacy on my part.

What we like the most about the community is the people. All parts of the staff were great. I honestly believe they care about the people and it's more than a job.

PositiveFriendly and attentive staff
I really liked the staff. My mom had a private room that was fairly large. She was able to have a recliner, twin bed, small bookcase, beside table, small dresser and a desk. The closet was small. She had to share the bathroom which she hated. She was only there a month before she passed so I can't really speak to the activities. Also, they didn't have an activities director at the time. If you could ask my mom how she liked it she would have told you she didn't. She very much disliked people wandering into her room…
