The entire staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. They have been successful and helping dad work through his transition into memory care with kindness and gentleness, getting him to participate in activities and be more social. The executive staff has been absolutely fantastic working through the transitional challenges. We are very satisfied with the facility and my dad is much happier in this social environment.

Silvercreek Assisted Living's good points are that it's mostly clean and some of the staff work diligently. On the other hand, some staff won't come to the room, no matter how many times a patient will ring for them, the food is high in fat and sugar, not conducive to a diabetic patient. Some staff are too rough when changing or moving a patient. A person certainly does not get the care they should receive when paying over [amount removed] a month payments. SilverCreek still owes me over [amount removed].

I toured Silver Creek Senior Living. It was very, very nice, but they had very limited Medicaid apartment availability. The tour was really good. The community looked like it had a great atmosphere, and there were lots of activities and things to keep people busy. The staff who gave the tour was amazing. Super nice. She was ready for me and called me by name as soon as I walked in. She gave me literature, too. The apartments were very beautiful, friendly, and comfortable. Everything was accessible.
