My father was a resident here and was extremely neglected ! Dirty sheets , food awful and barely any ! Medical care is a joke barely any medication is available sores open wounds infections on residents., my father was in so much pain yet ignored til he had sepsis and passed away from it. Stay away from this facility! It’s DIRTY AND UNDERSTAFFED !!!

Comforting experience

Mt father in law was there and this is our second facility. We loved it there. He was cared for and never looked better. Unfortunately, he passed away this month. [Name removed], the unit manager was amazing and kept us posted on all changes. He really worked with us to make sure all of our needs were met. We always felt comfortable having him there with the great care that he was given. We recommend this facility all day every day. The front desk woman is absolutely amazing and comforting.

Silver Healthcare Center is a clean, nice place. Nurses and nursing aides are knowledgeable. Management is the most important reason this place runs smooth.

It hasn't been easy for the residents and their families during this time. But the caregivers and support staff are amazing. The secretary answer many of my concerns, and if she couldn't answer it, she would connect me to the correct personnel. They are kin and respectful to family members. I am so glad that my sister is getting good and compassionate care at Silver Healthcare.

Staff are very nice and helpful. The facility and amenities are clean and comfortable. I like the lobby - bright and inviting. The therapists are efficient, nursing care was good. The activities I attended were enjoyable.

Staff goes above and beyond their duties to make sure my grandfather is happy and comfortable.
