PositiveSilverado Beach Cities is a memory care only facility with professional, caring, knowledgeable staff. You feel that your loved one is well taken care of with a variety of activities, entertainment, music etc. I have firsthand experience since my husband has been a resident at Silverado for about one year and I would highly recommend this facility..

PositiveSilverado Beach Cities is great. The care is excellent. They're very welcoming and very helpful. Anything you need, they're there to do it. It's very nice. My husband is in a shared room. He has a big armoire for his clothes and a nice bed with his own comforter on it (he's in hospice, so he has a hospital bed). They work together with the hospice people. It's very seamless. They're excellent and very friendly.

PositiveWe loved Silverado Beach Cities. It's clean, nice, and well decorated. The room was OK, but it wasn't our main criteria. It was a shared room, and we were kind of skeptical of that, but they say that's the way to go. They say it's even better than a single room, they convinced us of that. And we're going to try it out and see. The staff member was great, very wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, very well-spoken, and she's been there for a long time. She moved up through the ranks. I…

PositiveMy loved one was a resident at Silverado Beach Cities and our experience here at this facility was good overall. The main reason for the lower rating would be the facility itself. It is still too much like a hospital. It has that hospital vibe. I would say to all people who are looking for a care facility that every Assisted Living facility is going to have its shortcomings. It is a very tough business to house, feed, and provide care for an elderly person with disabilities such as Dementia. Some are better at cert…

PositiveSilverado Beach Cities is a memory care facility. My dad's only been there for a couple of days and right now he's on the first floor, but he can move if need be to other levels (they have four different levels). It is a locked facility and they got nice meal choices (we got to meet the chef). The staff is awesome. The caregivers seem very nice. They all have been very, very, very kind. They only have shared rooms (that was probably the only thing that we weren't thrilled about), but they have a lot …

PositiveI loved Silverado Beach Cities and their whole concept. They're on my list of possibilities. It's great, it's just a little pricey, we couldn't afford that one. They gave us a book to read by the people who came up with the whole concept. They have their own concepts for memory care and what they do, which I thought was very interesting, and how much research they've done into it. And they're all accommodating as far as my mother who is currently in Texas with her husband who's si…
