PositiveI toured Simpson House. The staff who gave the tour was great. It was clean. The one thing that my dad didn't like was, even though it's independent living, he felt that he would still have to walk too far from the parking lot to the entrance, so that was one thing. The other thing was that I don't think there was a sign for parking. He has a walker, so that wouldn't work for him, but the food was good.

PositiveI visited Simpson House and toured for assisted living. I feel that it could work out for me. It was clean, and I liked the setup. The dining room setup and the menu were good. It's also close to my church. The person who welcomed me was the head of the nursing department. They offer the usual amenities. They also showed me the physical therapy room, the game room, a room for people to get together, and the cafeteria with the menu for each meal. Everything looked and smelled good. There was no urine smell. If …

However, it's a very nice place, and they gave me a nice tour. They offer cleaning services, trips, and food, and those matter to me. The apartments were very nice, too. The staff who gave the tour was very respectful, very kind, and nice, and he tried to help me get my brother in. They said the seniors would need t…

PositiveMy mother has been in independent living at Simpson House for several months now. While it has been a significant change for her, I could not have asked the staff and residents to be more supportive with her transition. The meals are very high quality. Everyone has been very welcoming. I am grateful she is safe and in good hands.
