CriticalPros and cons
Dining room is on lower floor and only has a small elevator to go down to dining room for all meals and gets backed up pretty easily. Have to wait awhile to get to have your meal. Sometimes short staffed. My brother is wheelchair bound and he has to push his alert button to let them know he has to use the bathroom and many times he ends up going in his depends underpants. Slow serving the food as they just changed the way they serve the meals. Used to be they would put the drinks and food on different carts to brin…

PositiveOur Family Can Relax Now And Breathe
The staff is wonderful. They keep the residents engaged in conversations. Definitely, reflective listeners, too. The food is great. You can tell things are made from scratch. Mom & I enjoyed a Supper in the private dining room. Mom's 93rd birthday was 4 days after she moved in. The event team was able to get her photo on the celebration wall, too.
