My sister-in-law is very happy with Skyline. She's in a 1 bedroom unit and is very happy with it. I don't thinks she has any complaints at all. She enjoys the food and loves the staff. Skyline also gets a big plus for cleanliness.

CriticalPros and cons
Dining room is on lower floor and only has a small elevator to go down to dining room for all meals and gets backed up pretty easily. Have to wait awhile to get to have your meal. Sometimes short staffed. My brother is wheelchair bound and he has to push his alert button to let them know he has to use the bathroom and many times he ends up going in his depends underpants. Slow serving the food as they just changed the way they serve the meals. Used to be they would put the drinks and food on different carts to brin…

I did like Skyline Place. It's just too far from Kaiser. It was clean. The room looked good. The studio seems small, so we've decided to go to at least a one-bedroom. The staff was great. They were helpful. They've actually stayed in contact with me, trying to see if I'm ready yet or anything. They have lunches and little get-togethers, stuff like that, so that they can get together and talk with each other.
