CriticalThe facility is portrayed as being clean, modern and up to date,however this is not true.The online advertisements for Smoky Ridge are very deceptive.This facility looks as though it's never ever been remodeled and the floors in the patient rooms are stained and dirty The facility manager though seems to do the best she can with what's resources she has.The staff overall were helpful and courteous with the exception of a few nurses

CriticalI was sent to this rehab after having the flu. I did receive excellent care in physical and occupational therapy. I'm doing great as t but I was talked rude to one nurse I had several times.in all I hope I never have to go back there again.after all I some really good nurses and cnas
