PositiveThe staff is amazing. Very clean and very attentive to the patients. Her apartment is amazing and very easy for her to get around. She loves it. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is that perhaps she hasn't been there very long and we are figuring out the schedules and the staff on weekend vs weekdays. The food is good and she seems happy. The activities are great. They really do a good job of trying to keep her engaged. By far the best facility I've experienced.

PositiveSoCo Village was pricey, but it was a very nice facility. They have all the amenities that you want. It's just the costs are a little higher than what I wanted. It's very new. I think it was just recently built. The staff I met were great. They're very nice. I saw a media room where they can all gather and watch TV. They have a congregating room, a fitness area, a salon, and a game room. The cafeteria was great.

PositiveI had visited several sites and this was the best place in Austin. The place is extremely well kept and clean. They make sure that the presentation of the place is always at it's best. They have a wonderful maintenance director that looks after every detail. The landscape of the property and parking areas are always clean. PositiveNothing bad that I've heard. My MIL LOVES the staff, the activities and outings. She occasionally complains about the food, but she has some mild dietary issues that she does not always voice. They do fun events frequently. She is constantly thanking us for finding her the right fit for her. She's made so many friends and her quality of life has truly changed for the better.
