The staff was very welcoming when I went to look at facilities. My mom has been there for almost 9 weeks and the staff is very good at communicating. The facility is always clean and has a fresh smell. The food looks very pleasing. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Friendly helpful staff. Food quality has dropped in the last year from baked fish and steak to lots of casseroles. Mold on the bathroom ceiling that hasn't been addressed. Lots of turnover in management staff.

I was greeted by [name removed] and [name removed]. The staff is awesome. Food is great.... my mom with Lewy body Dementia likes it. The staff and assistants are extremely patient with my mom's hallucinations and delusions. This place is A plus.

If you are considering moving into a Sodalis facility, BEWARE. My Dad lived at the one in Deer Park, Texas prior to moving out in [date removed]. Notice was given on [date removed] of his intent to vacate on [date removed], meeting his notice requirement. Unfortunately he was not able to move out by [date removed] and agreed to pay a per diem for each day he occupied his room. He moved out on [date removed]. My Dad’s bank account was debited for the full month of February and there was no offer to reimburse him fo…
