Do not recommend

This is all coming from my Mom: The staff are unfriendly, especially in the dining room. She eats in her room now, and avoids the cafeteria. The call button for emergencies are ignored. She has waited up to 30 minutes for staff to come check on her. The rent has increased $[removed]more a month. She can barely afford it. She does not like living there.

Former patients family

The apartment and size was perfect. It was super clean. The food was very good. The activities planned were good, but they weren't always fulfilled or no one bothered to get everyone there. My mom missed most of them unless one of her family members were there. The staff was friendly and kind but very understaffed. They were always on their phones too. The staff was kind and met my expectations. I feel this will be a good fit for my sister. The residents were involved with the activities and to me seemed very happy. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms seem to have enough space.

Excellent staff

We are very happy with Sodalis Largo. The staff are the best part of this place, that is what you really look forward to. They are excellent.

I do not recommend

I would like to veer from the survey and cut to the chase. My mom has a problem with the staff since she had lived there. They are unfriendly. She doesn't eat in the dining room anymore because of their rudness. She doesn't go to exercise because of rude comments from the staff to her. The only positive is that my brother comes and sees her often. But I'm sad to say she isn't happy living there.
